Not only is she funny, but she gives the best advice & suggestions for shoes. She went above and beyond to ensure we get the right size for our shoes (ex: the only box of shoes that was my size , had one of the shoes shown on displayed. Bonita took it upon herself to make sure to check all the boxes near by to see if she can find an alternative shoe box with fresh new shoes). Love it!

Justin, who is one of the employees is an amazing person and is extremely helpful. It’s like he knows the entire inventory in his head and will recommend exactly what you are looking for. He wears Cole Haan shoes and knows the ins and outs (eg. these can be cleaned easily, these are waterproof, these are improved from previous season, etc.) Despite my family being there usually during peak shopping season, Justin and the rest of the team kept everything in order helping everyone in the store. I have had the above mentioned experience several times there so it’s not a one off. Absolutely best shopping experience for shoes for my entire family.
