- AAAngelee Arroyo6 days ago2.0I have never had a poor experience at this location until today; more specifically tonight. When my Grandmother and I arrived in the morning we had a VERY pleasant experience. The morning staff today, November 18th, were extremely kind and delightful!! Especially the person who waited on us, she had black hair and an eyebrow piercing. She was AMAZING!! I didn’t catch her name, but I have only good things to say about her!! As for the night staff, are they adults or immature high schoolers? I went back to this location later to purchase something that I saw earlier but didn’t get…and I honestly have no words. When I first walked in everything was fine. It all took a negative turn when I walked up to purchase my items. The girl that waited on me was the perfect representation of someone who peaked in high school. She had blonde hair and a massive attitude. For someone who isn’t perfect, she sure felt confident enough to judge and look down on me. Funny enough as I was talking to her about an item I was buying, she and another girl—who had two braids in her hair, wearing Uggs and sweatpants—were constantly sharing looks. Once again, are we adults or small-minded teenagers? Maybe they should ask themselves that. At the end of the day, this is a store not a high school…it is ok to have opinions on people, but never once should one treat someone else like complete trash; and/or as if they are a waste of time. I do not understand why employees are sharing nasty looks with each other and are being sarcastic with a customer, but then again not everyone was raised right. I recommend teaching the employees kindness prior to letting them interact with customers!! Or just hire people with actual hearts and brains–this is not directed towards the morning staff, just the employees who were working tonight, November 18th, around 6 p.m. There was another girl working tonight with black hair, she was an absolute blessing compared to those other two clowns.

- LAL AJun 21, 20251.0I would not give American Eagle one star, I would give zero stars. I had a dress that was a online exclusive. I wanted to return it. I had the recepit and the tag. However, because the tag was not attached my return was refused by Emma the manager. Emma does not care about the customers and refuses to help anyone. Why Emma is a manager, I will never understand? Emma does not try to come up with a solution that works for the customers. It's either Emma's way or the highway! Having a crap attitude and not caring is what Emma does best! Without customers your business will never thrive!
