  my experience here was the best I’ve had in any retail store. So much so that I just got in my car after visiting and I’m writing this. The girls there are super helpful and above all else they were kind. Alexia was the girl who helped me and she went out of her way to not only get different clothing items for me, but also give me recommendations on things I wouldn’t have otherwise chosen. I bought those items too because I really enjoyed them :) I needed help for outfits on a trip I’m taking in a few days and I have been stressed about what to wear. Alexia and many other girls made this process significantly easier and I will be returning more often. I would recommend shopping here to anyone!

  Awful management. Employees are being yelled at directly in front of customers…very unprofessional.

  Disappointing experience at American Eagle. The environment felt uncomfortable, with clear gossip and judgment from staff. The negativity seemed aimed at me for making a return and using buy online, pick up in store. The clothes are okay but overpriced for what you get. One employee was genuinely kind, which I appreciated.

  Visited this morning right when the store opened and was greeted by Caitlyn (I think that’s how you spell it, not too sure tho). She was extremely helpful and attentive with me. Unfortunately didn’t find what I was looking for, but she did let me know I could order what I wanted to the store. Overall had a good experience, and that’s all thanks to her!!
