  Very disappointing experience. My kids and I became sick after eating the fruit, and my children even threw up. Instead of taking accountability, the person I spoke with asked what I ate for dinner & tried to blame something else than addressing the quality of the fruit. He also tried to make my experience about the fact that no one called after with the same issue the following day , when the real issue is that the fruit was not fresh and made my family sick. Online, the company states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that was absolutely not the case here. I requested a full refund, especially since I was willing to return what was left in the basket to show the condition of the fruit. Instead, they refused and only wanted to offer a partial refund, even though this was my children’s birthday gift ordered by a family member. We’ve used Edible Arrangements many times before and have never had an issue like this. This situation was handled poorly, and the lack of accountability on their end was extremely disappointing.
