- MKMary Kashanl5 days ago5.0I was looking for a large Sun Jellie Retro basket in berry pink. When I searched for the product this store came up. I live in Virginia and they are in State College, PA. I didn’t care about shipping costs. I wanted the basket and was happy to support an independent store. The basket came. I never really examined it and gave it to my daughter. It was too late for the summer pool season so she packed it away. When she took it out, she noticed a crack below the handle. I took a chance and reached out to the store. They were wonderful in helping me. After a few emails and calls, they sent me a new basket. They didn’t have to do that as 6+ months had gone by. I can’t say enough about how polite they were. The customer service they showed is rare today. I will continue to buy from them for my granddaughter. Small businesses need support. They truly care about doing right by the customer. Thank you!!
