The fruit was lovely and was appreciated by my friends who had just moved. The staff at my State College store were Super! The gentleman said the delivery van was going in the shop the day of delivery but would deliver it himself personally. I'll be back.

I went in to the store to speak with them and they immediately credited my friends account. I asked them to stop by and pick up the gift so that they could see for themselves and figure out what happened. When they offered, I asked them NOT to bring me another arrangement, only some fruit so that I would know what their usual standard is. They sent me a beautiful arrangement. All the fruit was excellent. That is a pretty stand-up group when they go those extra steps for the customer.
