  Manager Aubrey loves her job my daughter and I could tell. She went above and beyond while also being so pleasant and patient. My daughter being indecisive, Aubrey offered to put dresses on hold while also calling another store and putting that said dress on hold as well. No lines in the fitting room, a real personal experience. Will be returning throughout all 4 years of my daughter’s high school career 😊

  VERY rude worker, I believe she was the manager. She was upset I wanted her to do her job.

  The manager in this store is so rude, she’s always with an attitude…like If you don't like your job then go and find another one that you like it… I don't feel comfortable going to this store anymore

  I wish I could give zero stars. I went in the store on Saturday for my birthday outfit which is 3/19. They didn't have the online items in the store, so the cashier did my order online. She asked if I wanted a rush delivery for $25 which I said yes. I needed the outfit by 3/17 because I'll be driving 3/18. Well wouldn't you know I get an email Monday saying my packet will be delivered on 3/18. I called customer service and was told there's nothing they can do and can't give me a refund until I send my packet back (that will arrive 3/21). If I need the package before my birthday and it doesn't come until after my birthday (due to their error), why do I need to wait until it comes? It's your product, stop the delivery and give me my money back. Since I now have to buy a new outfit. $110 gone because of their employee.
