She called Brian the manager who came up from downstairs mall counter and didn’t offer any sensible solutions to the problem. I was told I had to pay to have damaged lenses replaced on glasses I hadn’t worn. That makes no sense that the only option was for me to spend more money after being sold a damaged product.
