- LNLai NguyenJun 28, 20161.0I came in this morning to return a pair of sunglasses and the employee there looks at me dumbfounded once I told her I needed to do a return. She said that there system is down. She proceeded to say that she doesn't know when it will be back up and I can only return them at a Macy's sunglass hut. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer a different alternative. . Very unprofessional, lack customer service. She could have recommended to call back or return tomorrow once the system is back up but no she just gave me that awkward look so I left. They seriously need to hire employees that knows how to provide better customer service!
