It does get busy in there, but everything is well oraganized and clean, so we did not feel overwhelmed. Plus there was plenty of staff on hand. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Claire guided me through the different uniform options for my kids- many of which she impressively knew from memory. She offered valuable advice on sizing and durability and even how many shirts and skorts I should buy. She was patient and knowledgeable, ensuring we found everything we needed without feeling rushed, even though we had a busy 3 year old in tow. Andrew was equally fantastic, efficiently managing the gym wear ordering process. Their teamwork and genuine desire to help made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable. Claire and Andrew are true assets to Flynn O'Hara, and because of them, I won’t shy away from shopping in store in the future.
