I brought my newborn granddaughter in for pictures to capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and not only were the first photos poorly done, but the retake was even worse. The props were dirty, the rugs looked unsanitary, and the photographer did not use gloves while handling my newborn. There was no care or patience shown, even though photographing newborns requires skill and gentleness. During my appointment, I was rushed to make decisions while standing — no proper time was given to sit and review the images. Despite paying $400, the photos I received were unusable, and the opportunity to preserve this precious time is gone forever. This was not only a waste of money, but also a heartbreaking loss of a moment I can never get back. I would not recommend this studio for newborn photography to anyone.
