If I could give this place one star I would. First, the store is a disaster and there’s no employees to be found. Secondly, I had an issue with an online return and Christine was extremely rude and wouldn’t even try to figure out the issue so she called one of the managers named Steph. She was just as bad if not worse. I can’t believe they treat customers like that. They were more concerned about their boyfriends hanging out at the counters than myself or any other of the customers in line. For someone to be a manger should be trained better. I will never shop in any JCPenney store again because of them. You lost a long time good customer!

Went in the other day looking for a cute top i found on the website but couldn't find it, so i asked a worker about it. she didn't even turn towards me and said "i'm busy, find someone else". okay weird. found someone else who ended up finding it for me. when i was checking out, i saw her again being very rude to staff, saying stuff like "you suck at this job" and "go away". i asked my cashier for her name and she said "Mercedes". according to the cashier she's the GM which i can't understand. who hires these people? if you go and have a bad experience with this woman like i did, please write a review or call corporate. i'm not sure if she wears a name tag, i wasn't able to see. this is ridiculous behavior for a store manager.

Good stores but had a very small selection of men's tee shirts.
