  A fascinatingly overstaffed store, yet surprisingly unkempt, at least in places. But I suspect it may take several adolescent employees talking about who has or hasn’t a boyfriend to equal the productive output of one normal adult employee. In any case, as a first-timer in the store, I mentioned at checkout - genuinely as nicely and nonchalantly as I could - that the fitting room could stand to be cleaned, as there were large dust bunnies (in mine, at least) that got clothes filthy if they fell to the floor (mine did). An idle onlooking employee (there are many of these) snapped back “If we could get people out of the store, maybe we’d have time to dust.” By the way, it was still 30 minutes until closing time. As Miss Mouth switched away, perhaps proud of her imagined mic drop, I added: “Not for nothing, but it’s definitely more than a day’s worth of dust.” Much nicer, than “Speak when spoken to”, which was the initial response my brain concocted. But see my photo and decide for yourself. Perhaps I was being unreasonable. At least it’s not a food establishment, I guess. Nevertheless, not a super great first experience at this store. If I find myself unable to resist shopping here in the future, I think I’ll restrict myself to online purchases.

  This is really the only store to get good quality clothes as a guy, at least in our area so it’s the one I always find myself shopping at. My mom and I came on Black Friday and the staff were also super helpful. I got some boots and needed help finding good bootcut jeans, workers helped me out and I ended up buying two pair. Also, this is the only good place to buy men’s khakis. Every other store that makes khakis look far too dressy and American Eagles go with everything so I wear them out with friends and than to work in HVAC. Usually when I stop in I pick up some boxers as well.

  Tonight I attempted to return a pair of jeans that I purchased online. After the manager Emily basically accused me of stealing them then said there was nothing she could do. Horrible Horrible manager, so rude and disrespectful. Never again will she treat me like that. Already emailed corporate.

  It's a great looking store many different clothes to choose from prices are fair ! Great customer service always Love to shop here always .
