Rude and disrespectful. I’m in this area from out of town and usually shop at the Harrisburg Pennsylvania location, which is absolutely fabulous with incredible customer service unlike this disrespectful and rude location Specifically, the lady with medium length, gray hair and glasses. I stopped by to consider getting loved ones some edible arrangements today. Everything in the case looked old and unappetizing with minimal to choose from. After evaluating the case, I asked if I could redeem my Edible arrangements reward that I received because I’m a frequent buyer “reward” the answer was “not today”. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day. Be prepared. I don’t care if it’s the Pope’s birthday. If a reward is issued and it says to pick up in store, I should be able to pick it up in store. I mean you can’t tell me you don’t have 6 chocolate covered strawberries in your store. Your edible arrangements. I hope edible arrangements corporate does quality checks on their franchises because this one I would probably close down. As a business owner, I wouldn’t want my organization represented in this fashion. The location that I’m used to has plump strawberries, and vibrant colored fruit. The strawberries in their case were tiny and appeared to be unripe. Even the grapes that were on one of the platters looked like they were starting to wilt with brown color on them. Not to mention, they were all stuffed with some sort of strange, green leafy cabbage or kale to make the baskets look fuller with less fruit in them. How disappointing that they would skimp like that.

I have never had a bad experience with edible arrangements in the past, until recently. I ordered a fruit arrangement to pickup from the Royersford location. This is what the pineapple looked like when I picked it up. I was very upset so I called to speak to a manager. Apparently the manager wasn’t there and the lady on the phone insisted the manager would call me back first thing in the morning when she got in. Never heard back from her. These arrangements aren’t cheap, I at least expect the fruit to be good! And if not, then fix the problem. Not good customer service!
