- SWStacy WalkerAug 22, 20191.0Horrible customer service!!!! I took some fabric into the store to match a pair of shoes for my wedding dress that I'm making and they told me to leave if I didn't leave my bag at the front of the store!!! I offered to let them go through my bag when I checked out but they would not hear of it!!! Lost a customer for life and the word of mouth is the most important for a business!!! Again I say HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
