When I have found anyone on the floor they seem ticked off they have to walk away from their gatherings. No one is ever in a rush to help the cashier up front with lines, I have watched them clock in and walk off! Rude to customers and their own team member which leads me to the fact that no one is ever at the mall ? Why have a mall register ? (This goes for hazleton too!). All the cashiers I’ve seen over the past few times I’ve been there seemed very overwhelmed and I’m going to take a wild guess and say underpaid. The shoe area is incredibly limited and neglected. I am genuinely curious why no one is ever behind the gun counter of all places?! I will say this store is always hiring for a reason and everything is overpriced for not even being brand new stuff.
