- DIDavid InternationalMar 27, 20261.0I had a frustrating experience at Ralph Lauren. I purchased several T-shirts two days ago with a supposed 20% in-store discount, but later realized the discount was never applied at checkout. When I returned today to request a price adjustment, the manager, Kaira, told me that if I wanted the 20% in-store discount applied, I would have to give up my 30% coupon from Ralph Lauren. This made no sense to me—why should I lose my coupon because of a mistake made by the store? To make matters worse, she claimed that the 20% T-shirt promotion had just started, which I know is not true since it was already being advertised at the time of my purchase. Overall, very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. I expected better from a brand like Ralph Lauren.

Cashier was very friendly and helpful and said she was sorry for our experience. If you want to be treated good don’t go to factory stores, just go to the regular stores where they really care.
