- SMSu MangalFeb 1, 20251.0AVOID going to Sunglass Hut in the Premium Outlets of Pottstown - specifically the one that is directly across Columbia sportswear (originally Solstice). Customer Service is PATHETIC. I was browsing for sunglasses for my son, and asked the representative to point me towards glasses that were in a specific budget of mine (about $70 - I was seeing glasses $90 and upwards). On 11/14, the sales representative, Malachi Choy, MOCKED me and said I should go to Ross, and that was the "right place for me." This person needs to know that having a budget doesn't mean you don't have money. It was an extremely RUDE way to treat a customer, especially one that has shopped at this location a couple times before (making purchases of up to $300). There was another female rep with him, who added to the MOCKING. Funny thing is that he was acting friendly with us when other people were in the store, and when it was just my daughter and me, his derogatory comments started. We were both appalled as it was truly outrageous, leaving immediately. We went back some weeks later (11/24) to see if anything was better (big mistake - I don't know why I bothered), but the same lady from last time came up to us just as we entered and said "I remember you from last time." SERVICE REMAINS AS HORRIBLE AS EVER, so again, avoid, if possible. I will not be returning to this store. Can't believe this is how you're treated despite being a loyal customer.
