- CYCort YashasApr 14, 20261.0This was one of the most shocking retail experiences I’ve ever had. I selected several items in-store, and a staff member kindly helped hold them for me with my name clearly written on the hold. Importantly, I never even left the store during this time. However, when I went back to pick them up, I was told that all of my items had been sold—by the store manager—to a bulk buyer who apparently has a personal relationship with her. What’s even more unbelievable is that the manager, Nicole, appeared to accept gifts from this buyer (looked like Body Works products), which raises serious concerns about fairness and professionalism. It honestly felt like there were “under-the-table” deals happening right in the store. Customers should be able to trust that items placed on hold—especially when they’re still in the store—will be respected. This experience completely broke that trust. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Which means clearance items, and limited selection. I wanted to but Payton Pass coat for my girlfriend, they did not stock it there and told me to go to Cherry Hill NJ or online. Wish I would have known that before driving all the way there.
