- DBDonna BielawskiApr 25, 20261.0Was in South Park Mall, vans store looking for apparel when I saw the two young girls that worked there were making fun of a gay man doing it while other customers were in there and everyone could see what was going on they thought it was funny they really should train their staff or should have enough morals, and respect from the parents not make fun of others very poor service will never shop there again……
- BRBrandi RawsonDec 21, 20255.0My son wanted Vans for Christmas. I shopped around online becuse I'm about 48 minutes away. We decided to make the drive today and I am glad we did. I saw the online price was 30% off and it said it was an online only sale. I asked if we could match it and he was more than happy to. Each employee was very kind and willing to help. Great customer service. There was another customer who was there that had issue with an online order and they were handling it really well. Things happen, and they were making a bad situation that was beyond their control better for the customer. As an escalation specialist at a very large sporting goods retailer, I know good service and they were it.
