  I don't often write reviews, but this place is truly extremely helpful and friendly, even to a newbie like me when it comes to this type of stuff. They are non-judgmental, very kind, and are always willing to offer advice and recommendations to help me find exactly what I want. Plus, their recommendations work the way they say they will, and the products sold here are also very effective for my needs! I really like this place, and it's an actual pleasure to shop here.

  First time i went it was a nice guy usually be at its bests service late at night. Second and third time i came was early in the afternoon. Horrible service. Theres this chick with colored hair sort of lesbian like gave me problems from the beginning. First off very unprofessional at the VERY BEGINNING my first introduction to her is her and i guess her friend that works there they were literally smoking blocking the door. She then asked me do i want to come in? I didnt respond because its like why are you blocking a customer from entering in the first place. I walked in and she was following me then started discriminating me you can tell by her demeanor she was discriminating me and saying “can i see your id” throughout the interaction you can tell she didnt want to serve me. I go outside to my girlfriend she then again follows me stares at us blocking the door smoking and its like its very unprofessional. I come back the next day and shes talking about we cant serve you. I didnt even go to her she made a whole scene its like why have these people who cant handle these kind of jobs why have them working there? Shes not a chill person she overreacts you cant have an emotional mentality unstable person working with these kind of products. Im 22 years old i bought from here 3 times i can get way better product in NY and you no longer want to serve me? Make it make sense just for her to make up a story to her boss saying i was acting suspicious when i came in to buy.
