- BPBrandon PasleyJun 9, 20221.0if i can give 0 - stars i would the entire store Macys, sunglass hut in Macys Terrible it needs to be shut down, Robinson Township Mall as a Whole should be SHUT DOWN, The supposed Entertainment Mall.. something seems off, from the Food Court to Macys.. Macys Specifically HighLights the Terrible Customer service that they give THEIR specific Clientele.. The WHOLE store is COMPLETELY understaffed, HR seems to only Hired THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS, and have seasonal pawns that don’t last a MONTH.. i’ve Personally worked at the sunglass hut inside Macys for 2 years - i was transferred to a California region just because I Smelled something was off about that entire store and mall DO NOT GO THERE, i ADVISE to shop somewhere else
