High quality experience with excellent staff. Staff were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, fun, and accommodating. Essence was so helpful and made our first LV purchase one to remember, complete with a champagne toast. Would absolutely visit again and highly recommend this location.
As a new customer at the Louis Vuitton store in Ross Park Mall, I had such a great experience! My SA, Pat, is absolutely fantastic -so friendly, welcoming, and she really made me feel at ease while shopping. She took the time to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
Highly recommend this LV location - we are very lucky to have such a wonderful store and team here in Pittsburgh!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Louis Vuitton store, and honestly, it was one of the most disrespectful retail interactions I’ve ever had.
From the second I walked in, the employees acted like I didn’t exist. No greeting, no offer to help—nothing. It was clear they had already made up their minds about me based on how I was dressed. I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts, which apparently was enough for them to decide I wasn’t worth their time.
What made it even worse was an employee completely ignored me and treated me like I didn’t belong in the store. It wasn’t just poor service—it felt straight-up rude and dismissive. There was zero professionalism, zero effort, and absolutely no respect shown.
For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this was embarrassing. You’d expect a certain level of class and courtesy, but instead I was met with attitude and indifference. News flash: customers don’t need to dress up to deserve basic respect.
I walked out feeling frustrated and honestly shocked at how poorly I was treated. If this is how Louis Vuitton trains their staff to judge and ignore people, they seriously need to rethink their approach.
Do better.
I made a purchase but didn’t have a sales associate as I wasn’t dressed well enough. Still made the purchase but got zero assistance and it took longer on who would get the sale than me purchasing and walking out. Love the product but hate the attitude
