- ELElisha LindseyDec 1, 20251.0Went here to buy a dress for my fathers sweet 16 when I swiped my card a receipt didn’t print out so they made me swipe my card again a told me that the other charge would drop off at the end of the night because no receipt was printed but if it didn’t to call the number on the card well it’s automatic thing where they send you a text message the text message told me to wait 2 to 10 days for the money to go back on my card. I waited 2 to 10 days then I had to call back now they’re saying wait another 2 to 10 days so that’s 20 days for my money to be refunded for something that was not my fault. Never will shop there again

Especially since I had an amazing customer service experience since the moment I walked into this location. Victoria was super helpful and non-judgmental (unlike some of the other stores I’ve browsed through)…She actually thought hard about what outfit would look good on my body, and how to style it as well. She also told me countless times that doing so was fun for her and it made me feel truly welcomed. Thanks for making my anniversary a great day!

Thanks for the nice styles you provide and great service within our favorite Robinson store. We can’t leave out San Diego. They are amazing also but our hometown girls have always made our wardrobes for our trips turn out just as we expected looking amazing.

I feel like this store has a lot of unique clothing items you might not find in other places. This particular store, the employees weren't overly helpful. They seemed to be bothered by being asked for assistance. I would recommend the store if looking for an outfit for a special occasion
