I love visiting this store in Ross Park Mall. They are always friendly and attentive. I recently visited to purchase a birthday/xmas gift for my husband and Zack helped me locate the exact Tissot model I was looking for and had it transferred to the store so I could pick it up before the holidays. It was a quick and painless process and my husband is thrilled with his new watch. This is definitely the place to purchase luxury watches.

Fantastic experience! Recently stopped in with my daughter to take a look at a watch my husband had been eyeing. Zack welcomed us and walked us through the options. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I was especially impressed that he took so much time with us, we never felt rushed or pressured. When we returned a few days later with my husband, Zack treated us like old friends and was especially welcoming. He is clearly an expert and answered every question my husband had with ease. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and highly recommend both Zack and the store. I have Zack's contact info saved in my phone to share with friends!

I had the pleasure of working with Zack when I was there. I went in and he was gracious enough to let me try on 5-6 different watches before I settled on the watch I bought. His knowledge, excitement and overall attitude towards helping me pick out my first nice watch will be forever attached to this watches story!

This is a long run of just ignorance on a company's part. Last year "18 years old" was told by mother for me and my sister to take the money she had in cash for us to get my dad the watch he been talking about for a decent while now (Seastar 1000 Quartz Chronograph) I dressed business casual just because I knew of the store and I been to watch stores with my father a lot I started picking up the "polite and more professional dress and how to act" I went up to the door and was told to wait honestly not the worst thing I been told at store like such. The issue was it wasn't an issue for me to wait till I got in and asked to view it and explained my mom sent me to view it and see if the measurements or if it fit me (my dad and I similar wrist size we swap watches with each other based on if we have different events than each other) I asked if they mind if I just simply had my mother on the phone while she drove to work as she worked nights at an ER in the city I was asked to see my Id which I found weird over just asking if I can be on speaker so she can hear the process and information about it pretty reasonable. I got told I'm under age and had to be "19 to enter or come back with my dad and he can view and purchase it. I kindly explained I had plenty of cash and even her credit card if needed and was told I had to leave with barely any explanation. Fast forward to now a few days ago I'm 19 my sister is 20 and 21 in January and we both got told after same explanation that we are not welcome inside without ID's again and I explained they said this last year I had to be 19 and same thing I said I got her card showed my ID along with her credit card so prove the last names matched and that was my mothers card and information if they had an issue with payment and were worried I can once again gladly step aside with a staff member and let them talk and ask ( I get it the mall has riff raff) but I was polite as can be for the 2nd year trying to get him the same watch! They proceeded to say I wasn't of age and to buy for my father he has to be present and show valid Id. Whole thing of the story is no matter how much I had just cuz it's not their most expensive watch my money as well as my mothers and anyone our money still green and to just sit and stutter when I ask for an explanation more than I was given due to it happening last year and being told I needed to be 19 to come back and hear just more bullshit and be escorted out is just messed up! I'm not a criminal or nothing just a young man trying to do his working mother a favor to get his dad a watch he admires and would like to own it's Christmas time and was his birthday soon even last year. God for bid I try and explain the situation but told I seem defensive and must leave. Never coming back they said wait till I was of the stated age I did and was still denied even seeing it or even more than 5 feet of the store. I got his watch else where and always will now. 2 years of just bullshit from these people. They either want the top dollar most Hollywood looking models and high values vs just the fact money is green a sale is a sale so be warned all the great reviews seem to be just bullshit

I recently got into watches within the last year, and this was my first trip to any type of watch store. I have bought from websites, but never went to an official AD. I will admit, I was a bit intimidated since I had never experienced anything like this, but Zack assisted in every positive manner he possibly could. I even brought a friend to my appointment who is at a similar level of knowledge in the watch game, and not only did Zack help with every one of my inquiries, he also tended to his as well. This was unexpected and much appreciated by both of us. I can say with certainty that Zack is a great help for anyone who is looking to purchase a watch. I will be reaching out to him for any future purchases and will point any friends who need help in his direction. If you're looking for any timepiece assistance, Zack is your guy!
