  I had an outstanding experience at Watches of Switzerland, thanks to the exceptional service I received from Colin while purchasing my Cartier Tank. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. Colin took the time to walk me through the details of the watch, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. His expertise and passion for what he does really showed, and it gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It’s rare to find that level of personalized service, and he made the experience feel truly special. I’d highly recommend asking for Colin if you’re considering a watch, he does an incredible job.

  Very poor experience, was going to buy a Tudor Black Bay and excitedly rushed to the mall to see the selection at this store. I am younger so I believe the security clearly profiled me for “not having money” keep in mind I was dressed casual as most do in the mall. The security guard told me I must wait for someone to leave so a salesman can attend to my needs which is completely fine and understandable at a luxury watch store - the catch is that he proceeded to let in 2 separate people after me within 30 seconds. I will not be giving Watches of Switzerland my business and will be working with a local AD going foreword because this is inexcusable.

  I had an incredible experience here with Colin after my brother recommended him to me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and especially great for someone new to watch buying. I never felt pressured at any point, just well-guided and supported throughout. Colin was fun to work with and made this a genuinely enjoyable experience for me. I’d highly recommend working with him!

  First time watch shopper here and I gotta say my experience was top notch. I was initially pretty intimidated by the watch shopping process, but i ended up having a good time and learned a lot. I was helped by one of the employees there - Colin. He helped educate me quite a bit on the different levels of watches as well as their appeal, manufacturers, and price points. Really appreciate his efforts there. Thanks again and can’t can’t to come back!

  I walked into this location last week just to browse for a potential retirement gift for my father. I was a little intimidated, not having much background knowledge of higher-end watches and timepieces. I was greeted by one of the sales associates named Colin who was very warm and sociable. He gave me time to browse on my own without following me around the store. He let me know he was there to help assist with any questions I had. After browsing for 10 minutes, I stopped Colin and admitted I did not have much background knowledge with timepieces and could have done a little more independent research before coming in. Colin assured me that he assists guests in the same situation many times a week if not daily. Colin spoke to me not as a salesman looking to make commission but with respect, an interest in my father who the watch was for and in hopes of helping me chose the exact right gift. There were many people that came in the store while I was there as it was during the recent holiday season but Colin gave me his full attention and his opinions without trying to upsell me at every opportunity. He took care of me up until my watch was fully wrapped and I was walking out the door. He did not pawn me off on another associate as soon as he made his sale. If I ever find myself in the market again, I plan on returning to this location and working with Colin directly.
