  Came back to have my lenses replaced after previously being told that they could do that for sunglasses purchased at sunglass hut. They had previously checked for my model and didn't have the lenses available but said I could buy them from another vendor and bring them in to complete the replacement. The person at the front desk said that's not something they normally do and told me if I wanted to risk damage to the frames, it would still take an hour for them to complete since other repairs were in process. It didn't seem like she was very interested in helping and told me to try lenscrafters. I did so and it took 5 minutes for them to replace my lenses. The lenscrafters worker said it's a very easy process to complete and only requires a screwdriver.

  I recently bought a pair of sunglasses at the free-standing location with Lindsay's help and I couldn't be more grateful for her. She offered honest opinions about my selections, checked the prices, and chatted with my husband and I about general life stuff. The pair that I bought was perfect, but I had buyer's remorse a few days later because they were so similar to my current pair. So I trudged back to the mall and Lindsay was working at the Macy's location. She, once again, helped me find and pick a good pair and was as friendly as ever. While I was there, several folks walked through or past us and she knew them all. I love kind, well-spoken, helpful people and Lindsay is that.
