We went to pick up the Ruger one morning and our experience was great; even the two men who helped us gave my wife advice about her illness. But the .410 rifle arrived a few days later, and we went at night, and the service was very disappointing. When we arrived they looked at us annoyed, the man was sitting eating a salad and the woman (who told us she was the supervisor) was very entertained talking to him, I can't explain how many situations they put us through before they could attend to us because the review would be too long until she brought us the rifle. We have a one-and-a-half-year-old baby, and she was tired, so she was in my wife's arms. It was at that moment that the supervisor told my wife to check the weapon. My wife, in front of them, told me, "You check it; I don't want to move our daughter. My hands hurt a lot." I took the rifle and checked it with my wife, and they used the excuse that since my wife didn't check the weapon with her hands (despite everything they had heard), they decided not to sell us the rifle. We asked to speak to a manager at the store, but they told us she was the supervisor and that it was her decision, and no other opinion mattered; they wouldn't sell us the rifle. We didn't want to prolong the situation, even though my wife was very upset because our two daughters were present, and we don't like them witnessing any kind of argument with such unpleasant people from a young age. We know, or think we know, why we were mistreated from the beginning, but since they never told us, it can't be proven. However, we have decided that we will never set foot in a Sportsman's Warehouse store again.
