Shame on Auntie Anne's and shame on Simon Management for allowing this; Downstairs location ordered to close by the ACHD for: Unlabeled foods, unsanitary conditions, clogged wastewater drains/grease trap, extensive severe and grotesque roach infestation. Roaches observed on food contact surfaces, on the bare floor in the middle, on glue traps, computer equipment, under food preparation areas. Fruit fly infestation: to include SWARMS of them all over the drain areas.Unhygienic practices. Maintenance issues. In addition to the issues with the Auntie Anne's locations themselves: ACHD placed a closure on the mall restrooms for sewage backup, waste on the floor, total darkness, filthy, unsanitary conditions. Upstairs: Consumer alert by the ACHD for: Dead fruit flies in the ice machine, unsanitary conditions, plumbing issues, severe roach infestation, fruit fly infestation, single serve cups in contact with live roaches. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
