First time there, not knowing what to do, got out of my car to go inside and she came to the door and screamed at me for me to get back inside of my vehicle and to not get out again until I am told. The device has caused nothing but problems with my car since it has been installed. Also, the device shut my car down when turning onto an intersection and almost caused an accident which has happened several times while driving. When I called them to explain what happened, I was told my car is broken and that the device wouldn't cause my car to shut down while driving. When I went there to get the device serviced I expressed my concerns and was told "well don't drive it then". They don't care about your safety or anything else but the money!

What do I need to bring to my installation?

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
