I was so excited to find a bus that went to the Ross Park Mall from downtown Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) bus number 12 McKnight drops you write off by Dick's sporting goods at the Ross Park Mall. I was really happy to see a functioning well run Mall. I haven't been to this mall in a really long time. I was pleased to find AT&t near the Dick's sporting goods entrance. I got to eat in the food court and it was delicious 😋 ~ separate review but I will add the photo here.

Rude staff. As soon as I walked into Kendra Scott I felt judged and behind me I heard ignorant comments about how I was just looking, and not to waste time on me because clearly wasn’t buying anything. I saw this beautiful necklace, but I didn’t want to buy it because I didn’t want to interact with the snobby employees. I didn’t catch their names, but just all around immature behavior.

Ross Park Mall is one of my favorite malls I visit especially around the Holidays and Christmas! Great selection of stores to visit, shop, and eat in their food court. I really liked Cheesecake Factory restaurant and Starbucks! Great to spend most of the day at The Ross Park Mall with friends!
