They made us feel welcome right away and were happy to answer questions without making us feel rushed. It’s always such a good sign when the staff genuinely seem to enjoy what they’re doing. The store itself was spotless—super clean, organized, and easy to browse. Everything was laid out nicely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking great. First impressions definitely matter, and this one was a win. We’ll absolutely be back, especially knowing we can expect both great service and a clean, comfortable shopping environment every time.

- HCHappy CowsFeb 21, 20262.0The mall seems to be getting a bit desperate lately. I was disappointed to find that they are now using QR codes to charge for parking spots close to the entrance. It is quite a ridiculous move for a shopping center. I will gladly walk the extra distance from the back of the lot; the exercise is free and much better for me than paying for a few saved steps. The only real bright spot left here is the Capital One Café. It offers a great, modern atmosphere that is actually welcoming. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It is a reliable place to grab a good coffee and without feeling like you are being nickeled and dimed just to exist in the building.
