I spent my own money and time to return it, begging them to inspect the replacement. After a month, I received a SECOND bag that was just as damaged as the first. Worse than the product was the service. I spent 5 HOURS on chat today crying and begging for help. Agents like Lizabeth were cold, ignored me, and repeatedly disconnected me when I was in distress. I was forced to accept a measly 30% refund ($80) just so they wouldn't kick me out again. Factoring in my return costs, I’ve effectively paid over $200 for a piece of trash. Nordstrom used to stand for quality; now it stands for bullying students and selling junk. Save your money and your mental health—DO NOT SHOP HERE.

While we were smelling a different brand, a female employee walked behind us and asked if we wanted to smell Dior, which was noticeably on the lower end of the price range compared to what we were already viewing. At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed. Also the lady in the white shirt is who came to ask if we wanted to smell Dior instead.

It was extremely upsetting and uncomfortable that this was the case. Not only that, there was an employee standing right outside the door looking in (which I understand for obvious reasons in today’s world which is sad), but again it was uncomfortable. There are separate bathrooms for a reason. I know the lines were long for others, but it was just an awkward experience. I didn’t really appreciate it.
