The designer section will not disappoint and the women’s contemporary section also has good stock. The restaurant always has delicious food & those coffee beans at the cafe meet any coffee snob’s expectations / standards. The Holidays are always special at Nordstrom and the customer service cannot be matched. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for and in a sea of fast fashion quality is what will always make you feel and look good!

They put a children's clothing section at the one entry which is a buzz kill. The clothing is stale and ill fitting. I was a happy camper 6 years ago but the store has dumbed down. Staff has been scarce. I do spend a lot on shoes as the staff there is great , but it really hurt the stores reputation when they took away the Xmas party . Originally there was a band. Then a DJ. ITS ALL GONE NOW I WOULD PAY FOR PARTIES TO RESUME ! The makeup counters are rarely attended. I had a makeup session and spent $200 but the woman did a terrible job , it was embarrassing. The cafe has been nice . The food is very good and the setting is comfortable but staff is never up to par , low caliber wait staff Except for shoes , there's not much staff around. I used to love the scarves and accessories but that has dwindled The makeup area is a disappointment. The ladies know only one brand and steer you to that . I want someone who knows all of the lines so I can get the best look Sadly bond perfume was removed. It's my favorite. I just go to NYC to get it now. 6-10 years ago I was a big fan of Nords. I'd come there often to shop. Now I rarely go because I prefer the variety of nyc. Their return policy has really changed over the years. There's simply no customer service. The merchandise has scaled back considerably ! The elevators and bathrooms are looking old and stale but they spent so much money fixing the floor 2 years ago It's just on the decline and Macy's grabs my attention more as an anchor store these days
