- JRJill RDec 19, 20255.0I was looking for a very specific bag for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and Jennifer at the Ross Park store went above and beyond to help me find it. She took the time to track it down and made sure it would be delivered in time for Christmas. This is what real service looks like. Because of Jennifer and her incredible customer service skills, I will absolutely be a loyal customer for life. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful search such a great experience!

Locked the doors 5 minutes before closing and completely dismissed me when asking for assistance. She nearly shut the door on us as she let us out (meanwhile the store was still technically open). Had we known the store closed at 7PM, we definitely wouldn’t have come in at 6:40. But, maybe they should consider giving customers a heads up that they are closing soon… instead of treating people like garbage :-)
