    I’m writing to share about the horrible customer service experience I had at the Ross Park Mall location this morning. I’ve always valued Lululemon‘s quality and high-end customer service for being a high-end brand. As someone who works in a high-end store in retail, I understand that sometimes we aren’t able to give our customers exactly what they’re looking for especially in regards to warranty. However, I do think that customer should be treated with respect and dignity when they come into the store with a question. This was not what I experienced today. This morning I came into the Ross Park location to inquire about a hole found in my leggings that I’ve had for less than a year. I barely wear these leggings and have not inflicted any user damage onto the leggings. I brought the leggings into the store and was hoping to have an answer as to what the next steps would be to repair or replace my leggings. I was not greeted upon entering the store and no sales associate offered to help me while I was walking around the store. I eventually came up to the register and asked the cashier if she could help me. I showed her my leggings in the hole to which she immediately replied with annoyance, I cannot help you with that that’s your own damage. I explained to her that I’ve had a great experience with Lululemon being able to repair issues over the past several years, but I understand quality promises changed. I told her that I had a similar experience several weeks ago at the Orlando location where they were more than happy to help me and find a solution of my issue. She told me that their store does not do that anymore and I must’ve gone to that store before the warranty changed. I went to the store only a few weeks ago and I knew that the warranty had changed and I explained this to her. She was very short with me and explained the best she could do would offer me 25% off a full price item. I politely declined as I am a sweat collective member and already receive this discount. With annoyance she said she could talk to her manager for me. I declined this offer as I was already upset and did not feel like my needs are going to be met at the store. I am extremely disappointed with the staff at the Ross Park Mall location for not only treating me with poor customer service and a lack of kindness, but also for the unprofessional demeanor of the employees in the store, hence why I declined to speak with a manger, as I had low expectations. This experience made me feel worthless and unappreciated as a customer. When shopping in a brand like Lululemon, I expect a high-quality experience because it is a high-end brand and this was not given to me today. I understand if there was nothing she could do to meet my needs, but the least I would’ve expected was kindness and that was not given to me by anyone at this location. I’m extremely disappointed in Lululemon as a brand and their employees. I would hope there’s something someone can do to make this situation right.

    The male store manager is rude and did not care about the customers at all! Lululemon’s one year quality guarantee DOES NOT WORK in this store. I just wore the hoodie once and I washed it, the thread came out loose and can leave a hole on the back. I took it to the store and wanted to do an exchange in the store because I just wore it for one time. The male manager was very rude and didn’t even listen to my concerns. If you washed it, he will say it is because of your washing machine! Lululemon’s quality guarantee covers for one year, does it mean I cannot wash my stuffs during this year?! This is so ridiculous. Worst Lululemon store.

    The one male employee I encountered was extremely rude. I was asking about a return because I was unaware of the return policy. All he had to do was tell me “it is a 30 day window” and he just kept beating around the bush. He was so rude about it. Then he looked me up and down. It was very strange.
