  We exchanged a new purse that we had purchased on the website, The purse ended up being smaller than what we thought it would be, so we went out to the store itself to see if we could purchase a bigger purse, they didn't have what we needed in the store ,but they were able to order for us and we still head away for the UPS man to deliver it again. The gentleman waited on us was very professional helped us exchange the purse and set up the delivery for the new one

  Not only are the employees of this store so rude and stuck up the quality of the items they sell are terrible. I have multiple designer bags and this Louis bum bag I got less than 6 months ago is already creasing so badly and looks like it’s 6 years old. My MCM bum bag is 3 years old and is in better shape and was like half the price!! So my husband bought me a new bag for my birthday and right from the start I knew I wanted to return it because of the price it just wasn’t worth it to me knowing my other bag the same style was already showing wear so fast. I took it back and they wouldn’t accept the return because it looked “worn”. It was tried on because it was $2600. I wore it for maybe 15 minutes around the house. And honestly for $2600 I should be able to return it regardless if I wasn’t satisfied with the bag. The lady had nerve talking about something looked worn because her eyelashes were so crusty it looked like she had been wearing the same ones for 6 months. If you’re going to hire employees for a high end designer brand they should look high end but not one of them looked like they could even afford the brand themselves but yet gave everyone the side eye when they walked in. After buying 4 bags from this specific store in the past year and a half and getting this kind of treatment I will never spend a dollar there again and will tell everyone I know to not purchase from there either with this kind of customer service!!

  This is my fourth Louis bag. I’ve bought my wife for a surprise. She didn’t like it. she took it back 2 weeks later and they said she wore it has been never used I only go here because it’s local and every time I go in there, they act like you don’t have no money. That’s the crazy part.

  I have purchased numerous items and gifts in this store. The last time I went to purchase a scarf in there, the associate told me that the store did not have it without checking. They did. This week I went into the store and asked to purchase the Mark Folder; the associate just told me they did not have it and looked at me in confusion without further attempting to help me. I guess I will have to purchase items while on holiday or drive to Columbus in the future… I don’t at all expected to be treated special; just like a human being.

  Ironically my experience was very similar to the other 1 star reviews. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted by an Asian lady sales associate. She asked me how she could assist me and I said I was just browsing. She then proceeded to follow me around the store after I had told her THREE times that I was just looking and did not need any assistance. I was getting ready to make a purchase but the situation was so uncomfortable that I just left. There were other shoppers and workers there too and they noticed the situation bc the Asian SA was making a scene. The next day I made a phone call to the store manager and shockingly she had told me that she had witnessed everything YET still decided to defend the SA actions. After reading the other negative reviews, I realize that this is a common occurrence. They tend to follow customers around that are just looking. If they had any type of common sense, they would realize that type of behavior would just drive customers away and would result in NO SALES. Do yourself a favor and DON’T spend your hard own money here. I’ve had better experiences at different LV stores or just shop online.
