  While I typically buy my bags on line or directly from their NY flagship store I have purchased 2 from this store. It was hard to get waited on and their inventory is very limited. In their behalf, I am sure the sales associates are just being careful, there have been so many robberies in these stores, if they want to follow me, let them.

  Purchased a LV bag in Nov. /24. Decided to sell (I was past the time to return) but found out by 2 professional authenticators, the bag could not be authenticated. WHAT????? $2798 unanswered dollars and told it was not authenticate. (Even with proof of purchase, receipt, box, dust bag and Louis Vuitton scan code.). Contacted LV Corp. only to find out they do not authenticate bags any longer and contacting this store would not help as they do not authenticate in store. Did some research and learned on my own, bags purchased after 2021, no longer had serial number or date placed in the bag. A microchip is placed in each bag and only access allowed is by the associate at the store if they have special equipment to do so. I do not believe LV has absolutely any concern for their reputation and does not stand behind their product. I have been a faithful customer at this location but no more!!! I will proceed knowing the bag is a “fake” and will take appropriate action to try and resolve the situation.

  We exchanged a new purse that we had purchased on the website, The purse ended up being smaller than what we thought it would be, so we went out to the store itself to see if we could purchase a bigger purse, they didn't have what we needed in the store ,but they were able to order for us and we still head away for the UPS man to deliver it again. The gentleman waited on us was very professional helped us exchange the purse and set up the delivery for the new one

  The shopping experience was frustrating for me. It's nice to have someone help but I prefer to look around and not feel escorted and pressured. I've been in plenty of LV stores and this felt very different. Needless to say, I did not buy because of this experience. Great customer service is one thing but what was happening here wasn't service.
