  From our first communication with Heather to meeting Andrea and Lou in person, everything was exceptional. The entire team was welcoming, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. We were thrilled to be able to secure a timepiece for my husband’s birthday, and the team treated our kids like family, which meant a great deal to us. We look forward to visiting again!

  Family owned and run, we have been coming here for years! They’re always so kind, honest, and helpful, and you never feel rushed or pressured. The quality of their work is amazing, whether it’s a repair or something really special. It’s so nice to support a local business that truly cares. I could stay there all day looking at the beautiful jewelry and talking to the staff❤️😂

  Absolutely love this place! I asked Veronica (the sweetest woman on earth) to find me a certain vintage Tudor watch…. 3 days later she had it! The exact same one I asked for! It was a magical experience, truly! I will forever be a customer here!

  First let me say I have bought lots of jewelry/watches from then in the past. Was in store 1/2/26 to make purchase. The customer service was terrible. I stood waiting in front of three workers and not one acknowledged me. When you’re charging premium prices I would expect more. ☹️

  I had contacted Louis Anthony about a potential sale of a family Rolex and sent pictures and communicated via text and was initially given a low-ball estimate. I indicated that I had a materially better offer from another Pittsburgh authorized Rolex dealer. Through text I was asked what I was looking for in terms of price for the watch. I gave that amount and said I’d be willing to drive 45 minutes to their store if my desired amount was in the realm of possibility. Upon following up a few days later, I was told to come in for an evaluation. I drove to the store on 12/30 and after 30 minutes with my watch was given the same embarrassing low ball offer. I wasted 3 hours of my time on a holiday day off…something I made clear in my texts that I didn’t want to do if they weren’t willing to go above the low ball offer. Ironically, I was there to buy two other watches and left the store livid that they had wasted my time. Do NOT consider this store for any of your watch or jewelry purchases. I’ve bought jewelry and watches at both Orrs and Henne and they are head and shoulders above this place. Stay away from Louis Anthony at all costs.
