  My sister and I were looking to get rid of our mother's remaining estate jewelry and other misc. items we both had. With no idea where to begin or any knowledge of the jewelry's value, we were directed to Henne Jewelers. Roger was a delight to work with and made the process so quick and easy. He promptly responded to our email inquiry and scheduled our appointment. He was very helpful, assisting us in sorting through what might be valuable and also very non-judgemental about our more questionable items 😀. Within 2 weeks we received an easy to understand written itemization and a 2nd appointment to decide what we wanted to sell or keep. We were very satisfied with the entire process!

  First a back story. Was married in 1982, divorced in 2000. My divorce was very contentious and my ex-wife alienated my children from me. In 1988 my twin daughters were born and my wife gave me a beautiful ring for their birth - 8 emerald cut diamonds, 1 emerald cut sapphire. In 1997 she had bought me a double braided silver chain in LA. The past years I have reconnected with all of my children, however, I have not seen my daughters for nearly 7 years. I am meeting the one daughter in Rome, Italy in April. The other daughter lives in Chicago, and a few months ago I had another diamond ring and gold chain repurposed at Henne for her as well. The following is the one that I am giving the daughter in April in Rome. I have to say that both came out extraordinary! Much better than I had anticipated. They are absolutely stunning and the photos do not do it justice. Jenny Lin did an amazing job at repurposing the chain and the ring and is very talented and with her attention to detail. Christine is an excellent salesperson and asset to your team. Very cordial, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in creating the designs. I am happy beyond belief!   GREAT ESTABLISHMENT! Not only are the watches beautiful but the people inside are so welcoming and so incredibly friendly. If you are looking to buy an entry level watch or upscale luxury watch, I highly recommend going to henne jewelers in shady side. I had the honor of meeting a fella name Kyle who not only has the most contagious smile, but he is by far the coolest, most down to earth guy you’ll meet. I’m purchasing a tudor black bay 58 burgundy from him and he’s making the whole process so smooth and easy for me, EVEN offering to personally drive it to my house to give it to me if I can’t pick it up in time for my birthday (I want to wear the watch for my birthday but unfortunately I’ll be super busy that day and won’t be able to pick it up). I mean come on, if that isn’t someone you would want to work with, I don’t know who is. The staff at the door are all smiles. 10/10 experience and again, can’t say it enough, I 100% recommend coming in and browsing their watch inventory and meeting all the lovely people there. They have watches ranging from all different prices and all very honest and affordable. Please if you are going inside, ask for Kyle, he’ll make your day. I plan on ONLY going to henne jewelry for my watches in the future, not because they have an amazing inventory of watches but because the staff are absolutely phenomenal and treat you so incredibly well and Kyle is the absolute man!   I have had the opportunity to work with Henne Jewelers on different occasions when I wanted to acquire a new time piece. The team there is absolutely fantastic! During my last visit I had the pleasure of working with David C. & Marla K. They were both very kind, knowledgeable and willing to help & answer all of my questions. They understood what I was looking for and David showed me several excellent options, and assisted me with searching for a piece I would like in the future (hopefully sooner than later). David knew exactly what they had available in their cases & what they would be able to bring in for a customer. Marla was very knowledgeable about how to properly protect my collection and what any person should consider when protecting any jewelry or time piece collection I have, and will continue to recommend Henne Jewelers to family and friends.
