  Henne jewelers is a very beautiful jewelry shop located in beautiful shadyside. I once thought this store was only for the rich and famous. I was sadly mistaken. I was Christmas shopping for my 28 year son who for the first time in his Life expressed in interest and a necklace. I did not want to spend a lot of money because I wasn't sure how well he would take care of it. When I walked in I was greeted by a very pleasant sales rep , Christine Giardina. I didn't feel pressured at all by Christine, she was happy and energetic. I felt completely at ease. It didn't take long before she found something in my budget that was beautiful. I purchased this and Christine offer to wrap it . Not only did she wrap it it was wrapped beautifully without tape. It was a great experience and I'll definitely return to Henna and look up Christine next time.

  Marla has been the best thing to happen in my many years of buying jewelry from Henne. Marla displayed strong attention to detail with the custom ring we designed. She communicated timelines in an accurate manner and ultimately helped to make a bespoke ring. I will only buy jewelry from Henne, and will only be working with Marla moving forward.  She truly is the best!

  Thank you to Christine G and Cassidy for a wonderful shopping experience recently. I “barged in” on one of the busiest shopping days of the year and only gave Christine about an hour notice. She did not blink an eye and helped me find the perfect bracelet for my wife. Cassidy helped us so much in our first trip and narrowed down the choices. Also, once again, John Henne was on the floor, shaking hands, and remembering names of customers. The Henne team ROCKS! Sincerely- Brad Fako

A special thank you to Marla Kruth — she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend Henne Jewelers for their quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

  My husband and I visited Henne tonight for the first time and had an exceptional experience. We had an appointment to sell some estate jewelry and look for graduation gifts for our daughters. The hospitality was top notch from the moment we walked in. Roger coordinated the appraisal and sale of our jewelry and Christine guided us through gift options. We were very pleasantly surprised by the appraisal value of our items and opted for a combination of credit and cash. Roger was and welcoming and knowledgeable and provided the itemized list we requested and clearly explained our options. Christine seemed genuinely invested in understanding what we were looking for and working within the budget we provided, showing us a variety of lovely options and giving us space to weigh our options. It felt Like she truly cared about us and was committed to making sure we found the perfect gifts. As we approached the store, my husband and I were a bit apprehensive because we felt completely out of our element, but we were put at ease immediately and it was a truly wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Henne to anyone. :)
