But he never came into the medical office building I work in to even ask. He was over 2 hours late for the delivery time I was told. When the sender reached out to customer service they lied and said they called me. They told the sender that I loved the arrangement. This is a complete lie. I was never called by customer service other than the delivery man prior to the delivery. Customer service only wanted the google review removed and said that the business hours were until 4:30p. Even though that is not my work schedule on a Fridays. Needless to say I am disappointed in editable arrangements delivery. And recommend not giving any further business for the simple fact that a business and customer service continue to lie.
