- JGJustin GreenFeb 14, 20261.0As a Roadie Delivery Driver, on 2/14/2026 I accepted a delivery for a customer the store accepted my request and the app immediately said I would be 3 min behind. I got there as safely and as effectively as possible with traffic. The app told me to call the store ahead to inform them which I did and the staff said thats fine. As I park in the parking lot the order canceled and the staff told me they didnt cancel it. I called Roadie and they informed me the store did cancel it. In my opinion very unprofessional of the staff while I was happily willing to pickup this delivery. I do not recommend this location for business.

- LELonnelle EmbryFeb 4, 20265.0I placed my order on the 3rd to be delivered on the 4th for my sisters birthday she works at at school and usually leaves around 330p I notice my driver had 5 more stops to make and it was 230pm I called to the store spoke to Steve told him what was going on and let me tell you he was so understanding and caring said he would call the driver to get the delivery there before 330 well guess what Steve made it happen it got there at 3pm!!!! This location is the best and the gift looked wonderful im very thankful and pleased!!! Shout out to the driver as well!!
