Mike was awesome and immediately made my order a priority and it was delivered within the hour! He even called after it was delivered to assure me it was there. Fantastic customer service, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Got a bot that said they would do a "complimentary re delivery" Nothing complimentary about it when I paid for something I didn't receive. Anyway, I agreed. Got the new order number and then 10 minutes later get an email saying there's an ongoing problem with my order and to call customer service. So I do. The guy tells me they didn't specify why, but they canceled my order. He wanted me to accept a partial refund. Mind you, dealing with all this while my sibling just committed suicide several days prior. After arguing and sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I finally got my refund. Never got the first order and then they cancel the "complimentary" one. Absolute trash. Won't be ordering from them again
