I took it in to DXL Manero in the North Hills Village Mall to spend it upon entering the store I was greeted by young lady name, Timmie Brown, who I found out was the store manager. She greeted me with the kindest smile I’ve ever seen and I explained my situation. She checked the card and it did have a large amount of money on it still. When I explained that I was getting over a severely broken ankle and surgery, and could she direct me to the items I wanted to buy. She was very gracious and thoughtful, and took me directly to them. I cannot stress enough how kind and thoughtful she was due to my injury. I most definitely will return to this store.

Walked past us asked a white gentleman, Could she help them?, and then walked right past us again. I’ll never shop at this location again. The one on Campbell Run Rd are all around a better experience. It’s a ironic the saleswoman’s name was “Karen”! Go Figure 🤷🏾♂️
