  I found a long Forgotton gift card for casual male Big & Tall. I took it in to DXL Manero in the North Hills Village Mall to spend it upon entering the store I was greeted by young lady name, Timmie Brown, who I found out was the store manager. She greeted me with the kindest smile I’ve ever seen and I explained my situation. She checked the card and it did have a large amount of money on it still. When I explained that I was getting over a severely broken ankle and surgery, and could she direct me to the items I wanted to buy. She was very gracious and thoughtful, and took me directly to them. I cannot stress enough how kind and thoughtful she was due to my injury. I most definitely will return to this store.

  Outstanding staff who are exceptionally knowledgeable about products, proper fit, and color combinations. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, and the confidence I feel now is worth it.

  Had to return a suit jacket purchased in line as it didn’t fit right. The employee measured my husband and we purchased a black suit coat-that fit PERFECT for our daughters wedding!! Employee was very nice, helpful and made our day!!
