When we entered the exceptionally busy store, we were immediately approached by Terry. He was greeting everyone and keeping the foot traffic flow moving. As we roamed down the 1st aisle, we were approached by Dawn. She helped us find both of our grand babies new winter coats, a new wallet and work gloves for my son. Even with about 60 people in the store, she answered every question that we asked her. We were about 10th in line with what seemed like a day long, neverending line. We were greeted by Michelle at the register. She didn't even seem fazed with the constant flow of shoppers. The store was packed but they kept the line moving. As I looked around the store, everyone was very busy, yet they all seemed happy. What an amazing group of workers at Carhartt. You guys could make a living training other stores how to do it right! A+++++
