  There was a beautiful young lady there. She was incredibly helpful and passionate. She brought shoes in various colors multiple times. I noticed that she was pregnant, and I felt guilty. I decided to write this note to express my apologies for taking your energy. I truly appreciate your help and assistance.

  I placed an order in early December for Christmas gifts. I was sent the wrong order twice. I returned both incorrect orders and provided proof of delivery. It took me multiple phone calls and over a month to get my refund back.

  I’ve been in twice and the customer service has been excellent. The staff particularly Natalie I believe is her name is all around top tier.

  I saw some of the other reviews but my experience was the total opposite. The team here is super friendly and helpful. They had sizes all the way up through 2XL, lots of unisex styles (love that my boyfriend and I can both wear them), and the return policy is clearly posted. When I forgot my receipt, they still looked me up by email, phone, and even in their system to find the exact purchase — above and beyond service. Clothes are insanely soft and cozy. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!
