  My sister and I went to the mall to celebrate her birthday and she wanted to use her bday reward at this Offline store. Employees were rude and disrespectful. Tried to get assistance for the fitting room and, not one, but two girls looked over and dismissed us. We finally went over to someone who could help us. When we were finished in the fitting room, my sister put up a few items on the go-back rack (no more than 6 items) and one of the workers huffed and rolled her eyes. We walked over to the register to pay and it took a couple minutes to get someone to ring us out. There had to be at least 8 employees and no one wanted to do anything but talk, text on their phones, or occasionally stock. When we did get someone who was willing to walk over and ring us out, she was the only pleasant person there. Her cashier number was VV6922. She was probably the only helpful one there. She noticed that one of the items did not have a clothing tag and she made a custom one in case we needed to return it. As we were walking out, we had over heard some of the employees trash-talking corporate who had just paid them a visit earlier that same day. Additionally, as a review to the store as a whole, good luck finding sizes there if you are anything above a medium. Sure, there were plenty of XS-M. But if you were a large or bigger, you’d probably have to draw straws to see who would take the one they have in stock. And that’s even if they have any of those sizes at all. It just goes to show who they cater to. I would have given a one-star review, but that one employee saved it.

  This Aerie store sells women’s active clothing and undergarments. During my visit, an employee greeted me as I browsed the merchandise. Later, a cashier smiled and promptly processed my transaction. I purchased a tank top. The regular price was a bit high, but the sale price was low. This store did not have all styles of clothing in my size.

  I absolutely love these stores. Offline has a cleaner and a bit more fashionable clothes while Aerie carries very comfortable ones. The stores are connected making one huge store. If I could I'd buy everything. The materials are soft and cozy, their leggings are perfect for taller women too, and their bralettes are cute and comfortable. I've bought a couple of bathing suits from Aerie and I love them. Prices can be considered a but high but they have a bunch of sales throughout the year. The staff is young and nice; once in a while you might get a rude one but most of the time they are friendly and live to help. Aerie and Offline are my first stops when I come to the Mall!

  They are rude here. Don’t acknowledge you when searching for a size, even when they are standing right there... they walk by and don’t even smile. Very awkward to shop here. However, right next door at Aerie, they are super nice and helpful. Go figure.
