  Ordered from the McIntyre Square location and honestly everything turned out really nice. The fruit was fresh, the arrangement looked clean and well put together, and delivery showed up right on time. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

  Tried calling this store twice to adjust my delivery time. They never answered either time on two different days. Needless to say, the recipient left for Florida and never received the delivery. A neighbor gets to enjoy it now.

  My husband ordered me a Valentine’s surprise from Edible Arrangements, and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house due to a zip code error on their behalf. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced delivery issues with companies failing to verify zip codes properly, so it’s extremely frustrating to see this happen again. What made the situation worse was the customer service. When my husband called the store, the employee was very rude and insisted the order had been delivered to us — even though it hadn’t. Because this has happened before, my husband actually had the phone number of the home where it was mistakenly delivered and had to send screenshots of messages with that homeowner just to prove it wasn’t delivered to us. To make matters worse, the employee told my husband, “Well, it’s not far from you, you can go pick it up.” That is completely unacceptable. He paid for delivery. It is not the customer’s responsibility to retrieve an order that was delivered incorrectly due to the store’s mistake. Thankfully, the delivery driver was much more professional and said they would go retrieve it and bring it to the correct address — which is exactly what should have happened immediately. However, by that point, the arrangement had been sitting on a stranger’s porch and could have been tampered with, which is concerning. This experience was disappointing and handled very poorly by the store staff. Mistakes happen, but rude service and shifting responsibility onto the customer is not okay. I expected much better, especially for a special Valentine’s delivery.
