  Eddie was amazing to work with. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a major life milestone and made the entire process seamless. What stood out most was how personally invested he was—taking the time to really get to know me. He also went above and beyond to get the watch in record time. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I’ll definitely be going back to Eddie and the 1916 Company in the future.

  I wanted a particular watch to buy for my wife, which wasn’t available online or at the Philadelphia location. I reached out to the sales team at 1916 and was contacted by Lucas by the end of the day. Lucas was not only responsive and helpful, but he tracked down the watch I was looking for within just a few days and helped me complete a smooth transaction which went flawlessly. I was very appreciative of his efforts and grateful for his service. I had a great experience with 1916.

  I went in to see if they could put a couple of links back into one of my watches. Rich Taver met me to talk about the watch and said he would take care of it. He came back in 5 minutes with the work complete and no charge for the service! We talked about watches for another half hour, what a terrific guy and a wonderful, inviting place to shop for a watch!
