  I just received the YUMMIEST yarn from you all..and trust me when I tell you..I have used my share of yarns;) Maybe British wool really IS the best wool!! My order shipped and arrived expeditiously. I will be in London soon and look forward to hopefully coming by your shop. Thank you!!

  bestest part was how KIND the staff was! they weren't overly pushy, n they were not elitist at all. especially cause i know i look obviously low-income, n it's a nice shop. they also wind the skeins you bought for FREE, n your personal ones, they will do for $5 a pop, which is kinda pricey, but i dont blame them for getting the coin. i also dont buy fancy yarn a lot, so spending $5 to make sure the nice skein i have is wound correctly is worth it to me. nice selection of yarn, needles, n notions. couldnt tell if next door was open too, but will ask next time (i was weighed down by my work stuff). still dream about that place 💫💫💫

  No one greeted me. I kind of just walked around in the circle and looked. I was hoping someone would say something to me, but the whole time I was in there not a single word there had to be at least four people… I just left. I don’t like that….. That was my first time going into a yarn boutique. I’ve been crocheting for years, so I was excited to spend a little more on better quality yarn, but I got absolutely nothing due to not a single person acknowledging that I exist in the store or offering a single ounce of help.

  I come to Loop all the time for my fiber-craft hobbies, and it’s become such a special place for me. When I first started crocheting, I was incredibly nervous about tackling new projects, but the staff at Loop quickly became my biggest cheerleaders. Caitlin always remembers what I’m working on and asks about my progress, which makes me feel so welcomed and supported! Everyone who works here is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to answer any questions their customers have.
