- CHCrissa HubbardApr 5, 20231.0Hours state that they are open until 8:00..but workers RUDELY told us that they closed at 7 and the dressing rooms closed at 630 ..and had my daughter try on her prom dress in the corner of the store !!!Someone MAY need to explain to them that people spend ALOT of money in this store and to TRY to be polite..Oh and remind them that they WILL get busy in prom season..

All I have to say is I was very pleased with all the help I received from the dressing room to the checkout the store was very clean and in order it was easy to find what I was looking for and the associates were very kind and helpful. although they didn't have the dress I wanted in the right size they ordered it for me. I will be doing lots more shopping at this location it's way better then the other Windsor's I've been to.
