Piece I wanted was not in store. Had to Google it on phone to show because they had no idea what I was talking about. Made us actually buy Piece to bring into store to try on. It was too big but they tried to convince me it fit. I would have had yo by two sizes to get both in store to compare. She kept trying to gerry rig the piece to fit. Who does that on a 1700 piece? Left without and just ordered the size. Was really MEH...
- IIIndraAug 31, 20211.0Came to this location to pick up an order I had placed at the King of Prussia store and to say we felt unwelcome is an understatement. All the associates were standing at the front entrance when we arrived and we received no acknowledgement and no greeting whatsoever, until I informed them all that I was there to pick up an order (order wasn’t even ready so we had to wait for them to prepare it). It was truly a disappointing experience.
