- NHNakisha Henry-WilsonNov 3, 20251.0Horrible customer service and quality. I recently brought a new bag ( my 6th YSL bag) I wore the bag one time for 4 hrs and the corners were peeling. I went back to the store 3 weeks after my purchase to find out my options. The sales associate spoke with her manager and told me there was nothing they can do and to come back 6 months if I am still unsatisfied. You are better off going to Neiman’s to purchase if they have the same bag, better customer service for sure. I will never purchase anything from this store again!
