  A very impressive store — clean, well-arranged, and offering outstanding customer service. I also want to mention the Turkish lady working there; she’s truly beautiful and very professional. Her kindness and smile made my shopping experience exceptional.

  Man, where do I even start… everything about this store and the team is simply glamorous! You’re always treated with honor and respect the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Even after I stopped working at Madewell, I still stop by from time to time to say hello to the Madewell fam—it’s always heartfelt and welcoming. Just this past week, I came in after buying a hoodie from another store that left lint all over my shirt, and they didn’t even have a lint roller to help me out 🤦🏾‍♂️. But at Madewell, Arianna went above and beyond—she was kind enough to grab one for me and help me out. That small gesture meant a lot. Much love and appreciation for this team—it’s always great seeing everyone doing so well

  I really appreciated the help and attentiveness the staffer named Noel showed my husband and I. She was juggling helping multiple guests and still went above and beyond answering my questions and helping me find items. Overall I left the store feeling disappointed in the lack of plus size clothes to try on. I was told the store only carries clothing up to size 14, but that they do have plus sized denim . The only item I was interested in trying on I was told they made up to a size 33 (16). It amazes me that a store as successful as Madewell isn’t more size inclusive. The lack of size inclusivity has made me not want to purchase from Madewell again.
