- RBreneshia brooks3 days ago1.0No one greeted me. I kind of just walked around in the circle and looked. I was hoping someone would say something to me, but the whole time I was in there not a single word there had to be at least four people… I just left. I don’t like that….. That was my first time going into a yarn boutique. I’ve been crocheting for years, so I was excited to spend a little more on better quality yarn, but I got absolutely nothing due to not a single person acknowledging that I exist in the store or offering a single ounce of help.

I am new to knitting and a kind young lady, her name began with a K, she nicely introduced me to the right size needles, yarns and and looped it into a ball ( I’m still such a newbie o don’t have the terminology down right haha! ) overall, I didn’t want to leave. It was so cozy, warm and welcoming. A true gem to Philadelphia!

It was so delightful to walk into a yarn shop and feel so accepted even being from out of town. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and their custom dyed yarn is gorgeous!
