- LDLoving Social DistanceFeb 7, 20265.0I came to this location because they stay open later than others. I like that. I also like that no matter how busy they are, I’m always greeted by a friendly person willing to help. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Kady. My grandson’s gym uniforms were no longer fitting and I wasn’t sure what size to get next. Kady brought the next two sizes of sweatpants and sweatshirts, and helped me compare between the two. Even though it was near closing time, Kady remained super friendly and patient. When it came time to pay I ran into trouble. Putting my electronic card into my virtual wallet was like asking me to order coffee from Starb***s… I don’t go there because I can’t speak the lingo. Right when my frustration had me ready to pull out my plastic, here comes Chante to the rescue!! Chante was super patient and she helped me set up my electronic payment in order to complete the purchase. She was super knowledgeable and even gave me a quick lesson for the next time. That lesson came in handy, because this location didn’t have the sweatshirts I needed. Thankfully, Kady was able to look at the inventory at the Springfield, Pa location, confirm they had the quantity I needed, and gave me their store hours. When I went to that location, of course the ladies were great as usual. They got me in and out quickly, and this time I had no problem with the electronic payment because Chante had already gotten me straight. Great job ladies. That’s how you do it!!!
