  I would give this store a negative star rating if I could. As soon as I walked in, I followed a sign that said “Start Here” to find assistance, but there was absolutely no one there to greet me or even acknowledge I existed. I stood there and waited, and no one said a word. When I finally managed to find an employee and started asking for help with sizing, another employee just pulled that person away to help someone else who came in after me. I was left standing there, still waiting, still confused, and still without help. Eventually, when I finally got someone’s attention, they basically told me they had no staff and that everyone was busy. But if the store sign says “Start Here,” and I’m doing exactly that, you’d think someone would at least acknowledge it. To top it off, after all that waiting, they ended up helping a family who walked in well after me, completely ignoring the fact that I was there first. The whole experience was rude, disorganized, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
